At filmcamerajoburg, we take pride in offering reliable film cameras that have been carefully inspected and tested to ensure they are in good working condition when they leave our hands. However, it is important to understand that film cameras operate within a secondary market, and most of these devices are decades old.

Due to their age, analogue cameras may occasionally experience mechanical issues that are beyond our control. While we meticulously test each camera prior to sale, the nature of vintage equipment means that wear and tear can occur unpredictably after purchase.

For this reason, we do not accept refunds or returns. Once a camera has been sold, it is considered a final sale.

We encourage customers to reach out to us prior to purchase with any questions or concerns about the specific model they are considering. Additionally, we are happy to provide advice on proper camera care to help extend the lifespan of your device.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
